I watched your video on how to make the poppy flowers, and it was one of the easiest ones where they also look nice. Do you use just fondant, just gum paste or a mixture of the two. Also, since I need to make these flowers several days in advance, I was wondering how you store them so they don't get really hard/dried out or break when you want to add them to the cake. Can you just leave them out (to the air elements) for 4-5 days or should I store them in a sealed bag?
